To be considered for this position, you would require:
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management chef role in a fine dining establishment
Have experience of working in a multi-national team
Work with regularly changing menus (on ships they change daily)
Training and developing of team
Good computer skills
Contracts are 4 months on and 2 months off, all flights, meals, uniforms and shared accommodation provided.
