Pastry Chef Who can provide teh right sweet treats, cakes, biscuits and chocolates for all outlets, whether it's small intimate fine dining degustation menu, Italian specials, 6 course country based menu which changes daily or our very popular
Managing a small team, ensuring that every piece of pastry product in your outlet is up to our very high standards, meets both standards and expectations.
As part of the supervisory team for a galley, you will also be involved in food hygiene inspections, stock control, ordering, roastering and general admin.
To be considered for this position, you would require:
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management 5 star hotel
Have experience working in a multi-national team
Work with regular changing menus
Training and developing of team
Good computer skills
Contracts are 4 months on and 2 months off, all flights, meals, uniforms and shared accommodation provided.
